Peter embarked on an apprenticeship at a young age, learning the time-honored techniques of the trade from master butchers and food artisans.

Maria's childhood memories are painted with images of her family members delicately smoking meats in the age-old tradition.
Their journey led them to the bustling streets of Chicago, where they opened not one, but two deli shops serving their customers with the finest quality meats and fish for over a decade. Their hands-on experience running the shops, coupled with an experience of running a restaurant, provided them with invaluable insights into both the demands of suppliers and the expectations of consumers.
At Meat Master Processing, Maria and Peter have been operating since 2017 and supplying stores in Chicago and surrounding areas, including Sullivan's Food stores.
